At PrimePicks PH, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items without original packaging
Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
